Biography
Dr. Felix Bello is a National Research Foundation (NRF – South Africa) rated researcher, business and tourism management academic with a proven track record in higher education leadership and applied research in New Zealand, China, South Africa, Namibia, and Malawi. He is currently a Senior Lecturer (Applied Management) at ATMC New Zealand. He has also been a visiting lecturer at universities in Germany, Sweden, and India. He holds a PhD in Tourism Management (University of Otago, New Zealand), an MSc in Tourism Management and Planning (Bournemouth University, United Kingdom), and a Bachelor of Social Science – Economics (University of Malawi). His research interests include sustainable business practices, sustainable development, sustainable tourism, corporate social responsibility (CSR), tourism planning, protected area-based tourism, and community-based tourism.
