Layne is a Human Resources Specialist with over 5 years of successful experience in recruitment and employee management.
Layne prides herself in providing both strategic and operational human resource support to ATMC NZ including, advising and supporting managers across all aspects of HR (recruitment & selection, learning & development, employment relations, compensation & benefits, health & safety and policy development).
Layne is passionate about people and understanding what makes a person tick, what’s important to them, what motivates them and how these factors influence in the work place every day.
Layne’s educational background include a Business Degree with Human Resources Management Major as well as a qualification in education. Layne is a qualified teacher, with over 13 years ‘of exposure to the New Zealand Educational context.
In the past, Layne has been nominated and awarded a Human Resources Excellence award (presented by ANZ) and has had the opportunity to work with renowned companies such as Drake International and Hudson Recruitment NZ.
Layne loves to take time out to socialise with her family and friends, travel, try new experiences and visit new places.
